NEW YORK — In an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of stainless steel plate in coil from Belgium from May 1, 2010, to April 30, 2011, the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a 0.82-percent weighted-average dumping margin for Aperam Stainless Belgium NV.
