Judge sets EPA-USS hearing date

NEW YORK — A federal judge in Indiana has agreed to hear U.S. Steel Corp.’s motion to dismiss a complaint filed by federal and state environmental agencies that allege the Pittsburgh-based steelmaker has violated the Clean Air Act at three locations (amm.com, Aug. 3).

The hearing has been set for Jan. 24 in U.S. District Court in Indiana.
