NEW YORK — Sherritt International Corp. has named Dean Chambers as executive vice president and chief financial officer, replacing Michael Robins in the roles.

"Mike has left the company to pursue other interests," Toronto-based Sherritt said.

Chambers has been with the nickel producer since 2007, and his most recent role was as executive vice president of development, the company said.
