NEW YORK The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has found that the dumping of carbon steel welded pipe (½ inch up to 6 inches in outside diameter), also known as standard pipe, from India, Oman, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates and the subsidizing of the same product from India are threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
As a result, dumping and countervailing duties will be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency.
The petitioners include Bolton Steel Tube Co. Ltd. and Novamerican Steel Inc.
