International Corp. has elected Leon Heller as its next
executive vice president, general counsel and secretary,
effective Jan. 1.
Hellerwho has worked at
TMS since 1991 and is currently senior vice president, general
counsel and assistant secretary of the companys mill
services grouptakes the reins from Thomas Lippard, who is
retiring. Lippard, who has served in his roles since 1997, will
continue to work with the company in a consulting role.
