NEW YORK The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that a public hearing should be held in an anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation into imports of utility-scale wind towers from China and Vietnam.
The ITC said respondents Chengxi Shipyard Co. Ltd., CS Wind Tech Co. Ltd., CS Wind Vietnam Co. Ltd., Siemens Energy Inc., Titan Wind Energy (Suzhou) Co. Ltd., TSP Shanghai Taisheng Wind Power Equipment Co. Ltd. and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products had not justified the need for an in camera hearing.
