NEW YORK — Commerce has issued an affirmative final anti-dumping duty determination on imports of utility-scale wind towers from China and Vietnam and an affirmative final countervailing duty determination on imports from China.

Commerce determined that producers/exporters from China and Vietnam have sold wind towers in the United States at dumping margins of 44.99 percent to 70.63 percent and 51.5 percent to 58.49 percent, respectively.

Commerce also determined that producers/exporters from China have received subsidies of between 21.86 percent and 34.81 percent.

The ITC is scheduled to make its final determination by Jan. 31 on whether subject imports materially injure and threaten to injure the domestic market.
