NEW YORK — ArcelorMittal USA Inc. scrap buyer H. Allen Grow plans to retire Jan. 2 and will be replaced by Damian Kosempa, AMM has learned.
Grow has served as procurement manager at ArcelorMittal USA’s Steelton, Pa., facility since 2007.
"Having worked at five different facility locations, including predecessor companies Bethlehem Steel (Corp.), ISG (International Steel Group Inc.) and Mittal Steel (Co., now ArcelorMittal), Allen has been involved in scrap sales and procurement since the 1970s," the Chicago-based company said.
