NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s Import Administration has been asked to conduct an administrative review of anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products produced or exported from India from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2012, by JSW Ispat Steel Ltd., National Steel & Agro Industries Ltd., Steel Authority of India Ltd., Uttam Galva Steels Ltd. and Welspun Corp. Ltd.

The petitioner is U.S. Steel Corp.
