NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated anti-dumping duty orders with November anniversary dates on circular-welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico and South Korea; seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe, cut-to-length carbon steel plate, hot-rolled carbon steel flat products and diamond saw blades and parts from China; and seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China and Mexico; as well as countervailing duty orders on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe from China. Suspension agreements include cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Ukraine.
