NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) is accepting requests for administrative reviews of anti-dumping duty orders with January anniversary dates on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Brazil, India, Mexico, South Korea and Thailand and ferrovanadium from China and South Africa; and countervailing duty orders on oil country tubular goods and circular-welded carbon-quality steel line pipe from China. Suspension agreement proceedings include cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Russia. Interested parties must submit requests by Jan. 31.
