NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has amended the final results of its anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of circular-welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Turkey from May 1, 2010, to April 30, 2011, due to a ministerial error in calculating the weighted-average dumping margin for Borusan Group.

Its amended final weighted-average dumping margin is 3.55 percent, down from the original 6.05 percent.
