NEW YORK — The Commerce Department did not receive adequate substantive responses to the November 2012 initiation date of sunset reviews of anti-dumping duty orders on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and Ukraine and countervailing duty orders on the same product from India, Indonesia and Thailand.

As a result, Commerce will issue its final results in the expedited reviews within 120 days.
