NEW YORK The Commerce Departments International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its final results in an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico.
The ITA received no comments from interested parties on the preliminary results and reaffirmed its finding that the two mandatory respondents, Maquilacero SA de CV and Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos SA de CV, sold the products at less-than-normal value from Aug. 1, 2010, to July 31, 2011.
The ITA issued both companies a weighted-average dumping margin of zero and an all-others rate of 3.76 percent.
