NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated a changed-circumstances review of an anti-dumping duty order on diamond sawblades and parts from China’s Husqvarna (Hebei) Co. Ltd.
The ITA published the anti-dumping duty order in November 2009; Husqvarna filed for a changed-circumstances review in October 2012 because it changed its name from Husqvarna Jikai Diamond Tools Co. in April 2012.
The ITA will determine whether Hebei Husqvarna is the successor-in-interest to Husqvarna Jikai.
