NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has made a preliminary determination that China’s New-Tec Integration (Xiamin) Co. Ltd. sold hand trucks and parts below normal value from Dec. 1, 2010, to Nov. 30, 2011.

The ITA is continuing to review imports from WelCom Products Inc., Yangjiang Shunhe Industrial Co. Ltd., Yangjiang Shunhe Industrial & Trade Co. Ltd. and Yuhuan Tongsheng Industry Co.
