NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) is continuing its review of magnesium metal sold by China’s Tianjin Magnesium International Co. Ltd. from April 1, 2011, to March 31, 2012. The ITA’s preliminary ruling was that the company did not have any reviewable transactions during that time.
