CHICAGO — Chicago-based service center chain Central Steel & Wire Co. has hired Al Kozler as its territory sales manager for the north-central Michigan region.

Kozler, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the metals distribution industry, will report to sales vice president and chief marketing officer Steve Letnich.

Kozler’s consultative sales approach will "address key supply chain management issues in order to support and keep customers competitive in the markets that they serve," Letnich said in a statement.

Central Steel & Wire operates stocking facilities in Chicago, Cincinnati, Detroit, Milwaukee and Greensboro, N.C., as well as at Central Coil Processing in Portage, Ind., according to the company.
