NEW YORK The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is scheduled to vote next week on whether the revocation of a number of duty orders likely would lead to material injury to the domestic industry.
The ITC will vote on anti-dumping duty orders on clad steel plate from Japan on Tuesday; anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on steel wire garment hangers from Vietnam on Wednesday; and anti-dumping duty orders on utility-scale wind towers from China and Vietnam and a countervailing duty order on the same product from China on Friday.
