NEW YORK — Shale-Inland Holdings LLC has named Gary Haire as its new chief financial officer.

Haire was most recently global vice president of finance and chief financial officer at Tyco Valves & Controls, now Pentair Ltd., according to the company.

He replaces Darrell Jean, who will stay on with Shale-Inland until the end of February "to ensure an orderly transition," the Houston-based company said.
