CHICAGO — Ranger Steel Services LP has named Jeff McPherson president and Jochen Seeba chief operating officer, succeeding Ron Whitley, who held both roles.

Whitley, the owner of the Houston-based independent steel plate distributor, will assume the role of chief executive officer.

McPherson, who has worked at Ranger for 33 years, most recently was vice president of sales, while Seeba, a 21-year veteran, most recently was operations vice president.
