NEW YORK — US Tungsten Corp. has appointed Barry Wattenberg treasurer and a director of the company.

The Henderson, Nev.-based company said that Wattenberg "will be tasked with the search committee responsibility to fill the roles of chief executive officer, geologist/advisor, legal and industry advisor, and other such experts."

"(Barry’s) proven ability to recruit top experts in their fields, and create as well as organize a first-class management team, will serve the company well," US Tungsten president Matthew Markin said.
