NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration is rescinding an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of oil country tubular goods from China from May 1, 2011, to April 30, 2012.
The petitioners are U.S. Steel Corp. and Wuxi Seamless Oil Pipe Co. Ltd.
