NEW YORK The Commerce Departments International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued amended final results in an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of steel threaded rod from China.
In November, Vulcan Threaded Products Inc. filed claims that the ITA made various ministerial errors in its final results, and RMB Fasteners Ltd., IFI & Morgan Ltd. and IFI affiliate Jiaxing Brother Standard Part Co. Ltd. submitted rebuttal comments on the alleged errors.
The U.S. Court of International Trade granted the ITA leave to publish amended final results of a 21.15-percent weighted-average dumping margin, up from 19.68 percent originally. The Chinawide rate remains at 206 percent (
