NEW YORK — In the preliminary results of an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of stainless steel bar from Brazil from Feb. 1, 2011, to Jan. 31, 2012, the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) found that Villares Metals SA did not sell the product at less than normal value and issued a weighted-average dumping margin of zero.

The cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers/exporters is 19.43 percent.
