NEW YORK William Reisner Corp.s chief executive officer has left the company.
James Hunihan, who led the Clinton, Mass.-based industrial scrap recycler for just shy of two years, departed last week on favorable terms, a company executive said.
"Jim was a great employee for us," the executive said.
Day-to-day operations will now be headed by Jeffrey and Martin Reisner, who are fourth-generation descendants of the companys founder, William Reisner.
Company executives declined to comment on future hirings and personnel reorganization.
Reisner specializes in containerized scrap pickup for industrial generators of scrap iron and steel, nonferrous metals, stainless steel and alloys. The company currently operates a 25-acre storage and processing facility, along with a fleet of roll-off trucks, lugger boxes and excavators.
