NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has rescinded its anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of circular-welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China from July 1, 2011, to June 30, 2012, due to the withdrawal of petitioners Xuzhou Global Pipe & Fitting Manufacturing Co. and Wheatland Tube Co.
