NEW YORK — The Binational Panel of the North American Free Trade Agreement (Nafta) has completed its review of the U.S. Commerce Department’s final determination concerning stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Mexico.

In December, the panel issued an order granting Commerce and complainants ThyssenKrupp Mexinox SA de CV and Mexinox USA Inc. their motion to dismiss the panel.

The panel was dismissed since no challenge was filed.
