NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has received requests to conduct administrative reviews of various trade cases, including anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India and an anti-dumping duty order on hand trucks and parts from China.
