A Jan. 18 article said that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) determined that the dumping and subsidizing of carbon and alloy steel pipe pile, also known as piling pipe, from China hadnt caused injury to the domestic industry (amm.com, Jan. 18). However, the CITT did rule that imports from Jan. 1, 2011, to March 31, 2012, threatened to cause injury, and were subject to a weighted-average dumping margin of 89.6 percent and a countervailing duty margin of 11.7 percent.
