NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) is offering interested parties the opportunity to request administrative reviews of various anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders with February anniversary dates, including stainless steel bar from Brazil, India and Japan; stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy, Japan, Malaysia and the Philippines; cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from India, Indonesia and South Korea; prestressed concrete steel wire strand from India; uncovered innerspring units from China; heavy forged hand tools from China; and small-diameter graphite electrodes from China.
