NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has determined in a preliminary anti-dumping duty administrative review of stainless steel bar imports from India from Feb. 1, 2011, to Jan. 31, 2012, that exporter/producer Ambica Steels Ltd. did not sell the product at less than normal value and issued a weighted-average margin of zero percent.

The ITA also rescinded its review of Mukand Ltd.
