NEW YORK — The Commerce Department has issued anti-dumping duties ranging from 44.99 to 70.63 percent and countervailing duties ranging from 21.86 to 34.81 percent on imports of utility-scale wind towers from China following affirmative determinations by the International Trade Administration (ITA) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).

The ITA amended its anti-dumping duty order on wind towers from Vietnam after determining that it made a ministerial error in the calculation for CS Wing Group, setting its weighted-average dumping margin at 51.54 percent.
