NEW YORK — Sunoco Logistics Partners LP plans to build a 50-mile pipeline in Pennsylvania to transport ethane and propane in the form of natural gas liquids (NGLs).

The pipeline—which will run from Houston to Delmont—will link to an existing line connecting the Sinking Spring, Pa.-based company’s operations in western Pennsylvania to its refinery in the southeastern corner of the state, where the products will be processed for sale both domestically and abroad, according to a presentation from the company.
