NEW YORK — Vallourec & Mannesmann USA Corp., a Houston-based subsidiary of France’s Vallourec SA, is increasing prices on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) carbon and alloy tubing and casing by $100 per ton effective with orders scheduled to ship on or after April 1, according to a letter sent to customers Feb. 18.
