NEW YORK — In the final results of an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of diamond sawblades from South Korea from Jan. 23, 2009, to Oct. 31, 2010, the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration has determined that sales were made at less than normal value and issued weighted-average margins of 120.9 percent for Hyosung Diamond Industrial Co. Ltd., Western Diamond Tools Inc. and Yuosung D&P Co. Ltd.; 11.9 percent for Ehwa Diamond Industrial Co. Ltd.; and 3.76 percent for Shinhan Diamond Industrial Co. Ltd. and SH Trading Inc.

The petitioner is the Diamond Sawblades Manufacturers Coalition.
