PITTSBURGH — A Libertyville, Ill.-based recycler is being sued for allegedly failing to pay more than $100,000 in transportation charges.

Gary, Ind.-based trucking company Illini State Logistics Inc. has filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Illinois against Midwest Shot Blast Recycling Inc., which also does business as Advanced Recycling Resources Inc.

Illini claims it is owed a total of $104,200 for shipping Midwest Shot property to various customers between July 23 and Nov. 8, 2012.

Midwest Shot Blast owner Galinos Phillips could not be reached for comment.
