NEW YORK — The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has issued a notice that its anti-dumping duties on structural tubing, or hollow structural sections (up to and including 16 inches in outside diameter), from South Africa, South Korea and Turkey are scheduled to expire Dec. 21.
