NEW YORK — Wheeling-Nisshin Inc. has promoted three staff members effective March 1.

Art Bertol will become general manager of marketing for ZAM, a new coated product offering. Bertol, previously senior manager of sales, has been with the company since 1987 and has a background in operations and sales.

Brian Petrella has been appointed assistant general manager of commercial. Petrella joined the company in 1998 and most recently was senior manager of purchasing. In his new position, he will assume responsibility for sales as well as purchasing.

Jonathan Deyton, who previously was assistant sales coordinator, has been promoted to serve as the Follansbee, W.Va.-based company’s supply chain buyer.
