NEW YORK Universal Stainless & Alloy Products Inc. has attained Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) heat-treat accreditation for its North Jackson, Ohio, facility.
"Achieving the Nadcap heat-treat certification is a further step in our plan to expand our penetration of growing markets," Universal vice president of sales and marketing Chris Zimmer said in a statement.
The Bridgeville, Pa.-based company achieved Nadcap materials testing laboratory accreditation for the North Jackson facility last September (amm.com, Sept. 6).
