NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued an affirmative final determination in its anti-dumping duty circumvention investigation of steel threaded rod with 1.25 percent or more chromium from China’s Gem-Year Industrial Co. Ltd. from April 1, 2010, to Jan. 11, 2012.

The petitioner is Vulcan Threaded Products Inc.
