NEW YORK — In the preliminary results of an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of silicon metal from China from June 1, 2011, to May 31, 2012, the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has determined that Shanghai Jinneng International Trade Co. Ltd. did not have reviewable transactions.

The Chinawide cash deposit rate remains 139.49 percent.
