NEW YORK — Woulfe Mining Corp. president and chief executive officer Brian Wesson and vice president of business administration Amelia Wesson have resigned from the company.

The Vancouver, British Columbia-based miner said the husband-and-wife team left Woulfe “in order to pursue other opportunities.”
The company has declined to comment further until an interim president and chief executive officer is appointed, a spokesman told AMM.

“The company thanks Mr. and Ms. Wesson for their extensive contributions to the company over the last three years in advancing the Sangdong project and wishes them continued success,” Woulfe chairman and director David Constable said in a statement.

Woulfe’s Sangdong tungsten and molybdenum project in South Korea is expected to start production by the fourth quarter.
