NEW YORK AA Metals Inc.
has filed a lawsuit against United Stainless & Alloy Inc.,
claiming more than $232,000 in unpaid invoices involving the
purchase of stainless steel products.
Orlando, Fla.-based AA Metals
filed the suit Feb. 26 in U.S. District Court in Florida,
alleging that Hillburn, N.Y.-based Solutions in Stainless
Inc.which operates as United Stainless &
Alloyhas "failed to timely pay" for Type 304 stainless
products ordered and delivered between December 2011 and

The lawsuit cites counts of
breach of contract, unjust enrichment and promissory estoppel.
AA Metals is seeking $232,022, plus interest, costs and any
further relief determined by the court.
