NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) is initiating a five-year review to determine whether revocation of anti-dumping duty orders on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China, Mexico, South Korea and Turkey and a countervailing duty order on the same product from China would likely lead to material injury to the domestic industry.
