NEW YORK — The U.S. Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has amended its final results in an anti-dumping administrative review of imports of certain steel threaded rod from China for the period spanning 2008 to 2010.

ITA has determined after several remands from the Court of International Trade that Gem-Year Industrial Co. Ltd. had no suspended entries during the period, and as such has established a 55.16-percent margin against the company’s imports.
