NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice of settlement for five North American Free Trade Agreement (Nafta) binational dispute settlement panels on imports of stainless steel sheet and strip in coil from Mexico.

Commerce, ThyssenKrupp Mexinox SA de CV and Mexinox USA Inc. have agreed to terminate anti-dumping duty administrative reviews covering 2004 through 2009.
