PITTSBURGH — An investigation is under way after an employee at All Metal Recycling Inc. in Springfield, Mo., died in a March 4 accident.
Both All Metal and the Springfield Police Department said they could not comment while the investigation was underway, but a police spokesman confirmed that a worker had died after being struck by a piece of equipment operated by another employee.
A local report identified the victim as a 35-year-old man.
