NEW YORK — GreenTree Recycling LLC has hired veteran scrap trader Steven Burnstein as vice president of sales and marketing to help grow its brokerage business and expand its export division.

Prior to joining the Land O’ Lakes, Fla.-based company, Burnstein was a scrap trader at New York-based INTL FCStone Inc.

GreenTree Recycling, established in 2007, serves as the marketing arm for several full-service recycling facilities in central Florida.
