NEW YORK — The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has issued a notice that anti-dumping duties on hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Romania are set to expire Jan. 7, 2014.

Interested parties who want to participate in proceedings must file an application by March 20.

CITT will issue a decision April 24 on whether an expiry review is warranted.
